Who operates the website?
Pocket Wrench is a product of Sam’s Garage Services LLC, Georgia, United States. Hussein reviews beta applications. For beta questions or requests about an application, email pocketwrenchbeta@gmail.com.
What the beta form collects
The beta form collects your name, email address, applicant role, explanation, consent version, and submission time. Please don’t include VINs, license plates, payment details, or sensitive records. Applying does not create an account or guarantee an invitation.
Where your application goes
Cloudflare handles the form and sends your application directly to pocketwrenchbeta@gmail.com, hosted by Google Gmail, for Hussein to review and contact selected testers. The website does not save an application in Supabase. We do not send an automatic invitation or confirmation email to applicants.
Retention and requests
Uninvited applications are intended to be kept for up to 12 months. Hussein manages deletion in the beta inbox; the website does not automate Gmail deletion. To request access, a correction, or earlier deletion of your application, contact pocketwrenchbeta@gmail.com from the address used to apply.
Hosting and spam prevention
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes network information to deliver requests and limit spam. The form code uses a hash of the network address for short rate-limit windows and does not include that address in the application email or log application bodies. Cloudflare and Google may maintain operational and security logs under their own policies.
Cookies, analytics, and other forms
This website sets no application cookies, uses no advertising or analytics scripts, stores no form details in your browser, and serves fonts locally. The contact form remains a sample and does not send messages. Existing Pocket Wrench sign-in is separate and follows the app’s own privacy notice.
